One of the most stressful parts of moving is keeping track of all of your belongings and making sure nothing breaks. It can be so easy to just throw all of your belongings in cardboard boxes and hope for the best. But do you really want to open up your boxes after the excitement of moving into your new home and realize that some of your belongings are broken or shattered? That wouldn’t be a very good feeling.

So the responsible thing to do would be get the appropriate cardboard boxes for the things you are moving. There are a variety of kinds of boxes that are perfect for all of your fragile items. Fragile items are usually the most expensive items, so invest a few extra dollars to get boxes that ensure the safe delivery of your prized items.

TV Boxes

I know once upon a time I kept my TV boxes saying to myself that I will use that again sometime! Well, when I went to move five years later, the box was gone. Either I threw it out in a fit of spring cleaning one time, or my partner disposed of it knowing I probably wouldn’t need it and it was just taking up space. But, TV boxes are great for moving! It keeps the TV in the perfect size box so it doesn’t move around too much during the move. I used to use furniture pads and transport the TV in the back of my car. But, that won’t always be an option so I will definitely order TV boxes for moving.

Mirror Boxes

This one is pretty self explanatory. Glass can easily be shattered and needs to be transported appropriately. Just throwing it on top of your collection of boxes is not going to keep it from breaking. You can order many different sizes for your mirror boxes. It is best to put your mirror in the correct size box because if it has extra room to slide around it is more likely to break or shatter.

Picture Frame Boxes

Very similar to mirror boxes, picture frame boxes house items that are smaller in size than big wall mirrors. Your bedside table or display picture frames in your living room will be safe and snug inside picture frame boxes during the move.

Moving is not the most fun thing in the world. But it really won’t be fun if your belongings need to be replaced after the move because you failed to put items in the correct boxes. Make sure to pack responsibly!
